We all remember that old saying: lift a stone or a bale.., and there are 10 drivers underneath. Those days are gone; instead of 10 drivers, there are now 10 companies lying there. With the development of the internet and the shortage of truck drivers, the situation is like a maze – a multitude of ads, agencies, intermediaries, and calls from former colleagues with „excellent companies“. It has never been easier to find a truck driver job, but it has never been harder to find a secure and reliable employer.
How do you solve this problem?
The solution is to take the harder route: you have to look for a good company; good companies do not advertise on every corner.
You need to improve your knowledge and find a company yourself. No one will do it better than you; there is no such thing as a free lunch!
