VELIMIR STOJANOVIĆ PR DELATNOST KOMUNIKACIJA I ODNOSA S JAVNOŠĆU BALKAN DRIVE ZVEZDAN, with its registered office at Nikole Pašića 11, Zvezdan, Zaječar 19227, Serbia, Registration number: 67909119, PIB: 114859542 (hereinafter: “Balkan Drive”), operates as an online platform connecting drivers and transport companies.

Our role is to publish employers’ advertisements on our web platform and enable candidates to apply. This Complaints Policy defines the rules and conditions under which a refund may be requested, as well as the limits of our liability.

1. Our role

Balkan Drive is an intermediary platform. We do not employ drivers or represent employers in a formal legal capacity. Our role is to:

  • Verify basic company information before publishing an advertisement

  • Publish an advertisement on our platform and enable drivers to apply

  • Forward applications to the employers who published the advertisement

Note: We do not guarantee employment for candidates. The final selection and hiring decision are solely the responsibility of the employer and the candidate.

2. Trial period

Each employer is entitled to 1 day of free trial period for their first advertisement.

During this period, they can fully test the service and determine whether they receive candidate applications.

If the employer is not satisfied with the service during the trial period, they may request a refund and the advertisement will be removed.

After the trial period expires, the employer is deemed satisfied with the service and refunds will no longer be granted, except in the situations described in section 3.

3. Complaints and refunds after the trial period

After the trial period expires, a refund is granted only if the employer has not received any candidate applications within a reasonable period (14 days from the publication of the job advertisement).

A complaint is accepted if:

  • The employer has not received any applications within 14 days

  • There were no technical issues with the job advertisement (which we can confirm through analytics)

  • The job advertisement was clearly and accurately written with correct information

A complaint is not accepted if:

  • The employer did not clearly define the employment terms

  • The employer provided inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Applications were received, but the employer is not satisfied with the candidates

  • The employer did not respond to candidate applications

  • Candidates were rejected without justified reason

Possible solutions for a justified complaint:

  • Full refund

  • Republishing the job advertisement at no additional cost

  • Crediting the amount toward future advertising

4. How to submit a complaint

A complaint must be submitted within 7 days from the expiry of the job advertisement publication period, via email address:
